You could always torrents, use uTorrent. Other than that I’m not sure.

If you want to play classic consoles, (Nintendo 64 and back) Google (Console Name + Emulator) and you’ll find sites that’ll allow you play them.
If you want to burn them…well thats very very difficult to do now with the new anti-piracy laws that make it near impossible to burn PC games and 360/PS3 games.
I have tried out a lot of websites and none of them seem to be ligit. They always take my money and i never get any playable games. They will have games, but never playable. I say sign up for the site and see how it is. Tell me after you get your first job, I want to know! I found a website called that has some information on elite game tester.
