as the cheats only save on one file the other file is completely new
only way to block them again would be to use the cheats 
Yeah you can. You can have one save file fo ror achievements and one for cheating, but I don’t cheat anymore on mine, it’s no fun and i’ve played it that much it’s too easy for cheats.
Cheats do help when you’ve only got 8 max damn RPG ammo at $5000 each, and its simple to just dial a number on your phone to make the police go away, but it takes all the fun out of the game when you cheat all the time.
But cheating only blocks one save file from being able to get achievemnts, not all of them, so cheat away!
