I’m a little unsure about your question, but I know of a few cheats that may help, depending upon what you want to do.
Pressing Triangle, L1, Triangle, R2, Square, L1, L1 will make all vehicles invisible, except for motorcycles. This would help if you wanted to do vigilante missions on the police motorcycle.
Pressing X, X, Square, R1, L1, X, Down, Left, X will put you in andrenaline mode. In adrenaline mode, the gameplay is slowed down to allow you to react more quickly. If you are having trouble with fast gameplay, this might help you out.
Pressing L1, L2, L2, Up, Down, Down, Up, R1, R2, R2 will put you in tank mode. With this cheat, any vehicle you drive (besides bicycles and certain boats) will blow up any other vehicle it touches. Also, it will be completely invincible to everything except being turned upside down. If you need to destroy cars in a hurry, or if you will be in a car and don’t want to get shot, this will be a great help.
The next three cheats are simply cheats for keeping you alive longer. Pressing L1, R1, Square, R1, Left, R2, R1, Left, Square, Down, L1, L1 will give you infinite ammo. Pressing Down, X, Right, Left, Right, R1, Right, Down, Up, Triangle will give you infinite health, but you will still be hurt by explosions, drowning, falling, and helicopter bullets. Pressing Down, Left, L1, Down, Down, R2, Down, L2, Down will give you infinite lung capacity.
Pressing Circle, Right, Circle, Right, Left, Square, Triangle, Up will lock your wanted level at however many stars you have, and they will never increase or decrease, even with bribes and cheats. However, you will still get attacked in the impound.
The next three cheats are for obtaining weapon sets. I’m unsure which sets contain the police pistol, the nightstick, or the M4, so just try each one. Pressing R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up will give you the first set of weapons, R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Down, Left will give you the second set of weapons, and R1, R2, L1, R2, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left , Down, Down, Down will give you the third set of weapons.
Pressing R1, R2, L1 , X, Left , Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Right, Up will give you $250,000, and full health and armor. It can be useful if you are getting damaged frequently, or if you want money to buy a cop outfit with.
I don’t believe there are any cheats that will give you a cop outfit, but I might be wrong. If you want, you can check on Gamefaqs.com for information, as it usually has the most information. There are many other cheat sites out there, but Gamefaqs is generally the overall best.
