You can go and get a torrent program like BitLord. After installing that go and use a search site like isohunt or simply search for “torrent search” on google.
Look for the game that you have lost or got damaged. Once you find it go ahead and either open the file with BitLord or download it and double click on it.
This should start your download via the BitLord program. That is one of the easiest and most popular way to make a “backup” of a game you have lost.
However you will have to make a few changes to your PSP. That however would be a little more than I or anybody else could tell you here though. So I would like to recommend a book.
