I have an ipod nano (3rd gen. i think) and i want new games to play. Is there a way i can get free games without buying them or downloading viruses?

I used to go to myxtertones when I had my rumor, and that worked for me. But I got an instinct yesterday so myxtertones doesn’t have any games that will work on the instinct and I usually have a lot of free time at home so I like to play games :).

I have been trying to find ways to download and burn video games, but every way seems like a scam. I kind of want to sign up for a Video Game Testing website just to get the free video games. If anyone has a way to download these games tell me because the website costs 40 dollars to sign up for, but thats a small price to pay for free games!

I bought my son an iphone on pay as you go. When he tries to download the free games it asks for an account name and password - he thinks he has to register with iTunes and wants my debit card details but as it’s pay as you go I’ve bought him cards to use - can you download the free games without registering an iTunes account? If so, how?
